Bhí rang a sé ag smaoineamh ar Nelson Mandela an tseachtain seo agus an inspoiráid a thug sé do a lán daoine. Rinne siad ealaíon bunaithe ar chuid de na ráiteas cháiliúl a bhí aige.

Rang 6 were thinking of Nelson Mandela this week and the inspiration he gave a lot of people. They put together some art work based on some of his quotes.

Beidh ceolchoirm na Nollag na hardranganna (Rang 3-6) ann ar an 19 Nollaig i mbliana. Lean an nasc thíos le focail de chuid de na hamhráin a bheas a chanadh acu ar an lá a fheiceáil.

The Christmas concert for 3rd to 6th class will be held on the 19th December this year. Follow the link below to find the lyrics for some of the songs they will sing on that day.

Bhí toghchán i rang 3, 4, 5 & 6 chun na páistí don chomhairle a roghnú inniu. 

The student Council elections took place today. Pupils from 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th took part in both nominations and the voting itself. Results will be available in the next few days.

Beidh crannchur milseáin na Nollag ar siúl i mbliana arís. Go raibh maith ag do Maria Hannon as ucht é seo a chuir le chéile dúinn. Beidh céad ag na páistí ó amárach (03/12/13) ar aghaidh 50c a íoc le haghaidh tomhais. Beidh siad ag tomhais cé mhéad milseán atá sa phróca. Gheobhaidh an buaiteoir and próca agus tá €10 istigh ann chomh maith. Ádh mór oraibh!!

The Christmas sweet raffle is on again this year! Thanks to Maria Hannon for putting this together for us. From tomorrow (03/12/13) the children can guess how many sweets are in the jar. It's 50c a guess. The winner gets the sweets which also includes a ten euro note! Good luck to you all!!

Beidh an tarraingt ann ar an tseachtain deireannach. The draw will take place on the final week before Christmas.
