Bhí díolacháin cácaí againn ar an 17/10/2013. Bhí tacaíocht iontach ó na tuismitheoirí agus na páistí. Go raibh míle maith agaibh as ucht na gcácaí álainn a sheoladh isteach chugainn agus as ucht iad a cheannach! Bhailíomar €735!!! Cabhróidh an t-airgead a bailíodh go mór le costais na dturais scoile a laghdú dúinn! Míle buíochas do rang 5 a bhí i gceannas sa halla. Bhain siad leas as a gcuid scileanna airgid, rud a bhí iontach toisc Seachtain na Mata a bheith ann chomh maith. Ár mbuíochas freisin, do na tuismitheoirí a chabhraigh i rith an lae. Buíochas speisialta d’ár bhfear cúraim Liam a thug an-chabhair dúinn chomh maith.
We held a bake sale on the 17/10/2013. We were overwhelmed with the support we received from parents and páistí! Thank you all so much for the lovely cakes you sent in and for buying them! We raised a whopping €735!!! This money will be used to help reduce the cost of our school tours!
Thanks to the parents who helped and a huge thanks to the páistí in rang 5 who organised and ran the event in the hall. They were brilliant throughout the day and they got to use their money skills, which coincided with maths week. A special thanks also to our caretaker Liam who helped a lot on the day.
